No doctor–patient relationship
Reading this website, or submitting the appointment form, does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are examined by one of our doctors.
Emergencies
Do not use this website or its forms for an eye emergency. Sudden loss of vision, a sudden shower of floaters, flashes of light, a curtain across your field of vision, severe eye pain, chemical splash or an eye injury all require immediate examination. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep clinical information, branch details, consultation hours, insurance partner lists and indicative prices accurate and current. However:
- Prices shown are indicative starting prices. Your actual cost depends on clinical findings and the options you choose, and is confirmed in a written estimate before treatment.
- Insurance and TPA empanelment changes from time to time. Confirm your specific policy by telephone before your visit.
- Branch details and timings may change. Please call ahead if you are travelling a distance.
Appointment requests
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you and agrees a time. Where the form opens WhatsApp to send your enquiry, delivery depends on that third-party service.
